Shipping Information

At SIGNATURE by STUDIO26, every order is packed with care and shipped from the UK.

As we launch, we’re operating in small, considered batches to maintain quality and consistency across all products.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer - but we’ll always communicate clearly.


UK Shipping

Standard UK Delivery

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery times vary by location

International orders are shipped via tracked services

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Pre-Orders & Launch Drops

Some SIGNATURE products may be released as limited runs or pre-orders.

Pre-order dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available (unless stated otherwise)

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

SIGNATURE by STUDIO26 cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos (if applicable)

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
